If you have tried to log in:

• make sure that you have created an account on the electronic identification portal
• make sure that you have confirmed your email address
• it is not possible to use the old parameters when logging in (if you clicked the Back button or if the page was open too long so that the session expired). In that case, go back to the site where you tried to log in, and click to log in again.

If you tried to log out:

• you probably have already been logged out of the unique login system.
